Our History

In 1985, Pascal Henriot, a native of Champlitte, planted vines on hillsides historically renowned for the quality of their wines. In 2024, his daughter, Orane Henriot, and his son-in-law, Renaud Piralla, decided to continue the work accomplished while maintaining the spirit of environmentally respectful viticulture. Each cuvée is the faithful expression of the Champlitte hillsides, worked with patience and high standards. Our goal: to produce wines that reflect their origin and the care given at every stage, from vine to bottle.

Our Wines

Natural wines from manual harvesting. Soil work, natural grass cover, respect for the vine's cycles: everything is done to preserve biodiversity and reveal the authenticity of the wines.

The Vineyard

On clay-limestone soil facing southeast, Chardonnay, Auxerrois, Pinot Gris and Noir, Gamay or Gewurztraminer grow alongside buckwheat and rye in grass-covered rows in associated cultivation. Several species of wild orchids as well as the wild tulip can be found in the estate's plots. The entire vineyard is surrounded by hedges and old dry stone walls that shelter many animal and plant species.
